Terms & Conditions

Plain terms for how we work together — scope, payment, ownership, and what happens if something needs to change along the way.

  1. 01

    Acceptance of terms

By engaging Skymarg for a project, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to the terms on this page. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with an engagement.

  2. 02

    Services provided

Skymarg provides web development, frontend engineering, headless CMS integration, e-commerce, and related services as scoped in a written proposal or agreement for each specific engagement.

  3. 03

    Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to deliver the project on schedule. Delays in providing these can shift agreed timelines.

  4. 04

    Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables built specifically for them. Skymarg retains rights to any general-purpose tools, frameworks, or components we developed independently and reuse across projects.

  5. 05

    Payment terms

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or delivery. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice; overdue balances may pause active work.

  6. 06

    Revisions & scope changes

Each engagement includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the original scope are treated as new work and quoted separately before we proceed.

  7. 07

    Limitation of liability

Skymarg delivers work to a professional standard but isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a delivered product, including third-party service outages beyond our control.

  8. 08

    Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable, and any deposit covering unstarted work is returned per the project agreement.

  9. 09

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from an engagement will be handled under that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms are the easy part. The build is the interesting one.

Send the shape of the idea — a brief, a rough spec, or just a problem worth solving — and we’ll come back with an honest plan and a timeline.
